If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your booking, we invite you to review our policy regarding cancellations and refunds. The following terms apply to all services booked through us.

  • Booking refers to the reservation made by you for a service from us.
  • Service refers to the clear kayak photography experience provided by us.
  • Website means Crystal Clear Kayak Ja, accessible via www.crystalclearkayakja.com.
  • You refers to the individual or entity accessing or using the Service, or any company or legal entity on behalf of which the individual is using the Service.

Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel a booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled service without incurring any charges.

To cancel a booking, please notify us by:

If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled service, a cancellation fee may apply.

Refunds

If a booking is cancelled within the allowed 48-hour window, you will be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request and will be made via the same payment method used for the booking. No additional fees will apply for refunds.

Please note that cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service will not be eligible for a refund, except in cases of extreme weather conditions or other uncontrollable circumstances that prevent the service from being carried out.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without incurring any fees. Rescheduling within 24 hours may be subject to availability and additional charges.
